Cunninghame Enterprises

Cunninghame Enterprises is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Cunninghame Housing Association Limited and is part of the Cunninghame group of companies.

Formed in March 2007 following the conversion of the Association to a registered Scottish Charity, Cunninghame Enterprises operates in trading and commercial areas which are not allowed to be undertaken by its parent company under charitable rules and law. This company complements our core “not for profit” business and allows our expertise and entrepreneurial ethos built up over a number of years to continue to be utilised.

Cunninghame Enterprises has its own separate board of Directors and they meet on a quarterly basis. The board of Directors are responsible for directing the business of Cunninghame Enterprises, determining policy, setting objectives and monitoring performance

The board of Directors is drawn from both its parent company and external appointments such as owner occupiers who are part of our factoring service.

Cunninghame Enterprises continues to develop and over the next few years will assess opportunities to increase both its range of services and diversify its income stream and cost base.
