Strategic Objectives

Our strategy is quite simple, always strive to be the best at what we do and to take advantage of opportunities that help us to grow our business, its people and its services to its tenants and other customers.

In formulating developing and delivering the strategy the Association sets itself SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time Bound) strategic objectives.

Our strategic objectives are as follows:-

• To provide quality, affordable housing that meets the needs of our tenants and our communities.

• To contribute to the social and economic regeneration of our communities.

• To provide efficient and effective customer focused services.

• To deliver on the Scottish Housing Quality Standards Agenda.

• Ensure CHA’s long-term financial viability and growth.
