Corporate Services
The Corporate Services Department incorporates the Chief Executive’s Office and the Association’s Community Regeneration Unit and provides Administrative, Performance, Information Technology, Human Resources and Finance services to all departments and offices within the Association.

- Implementation of the Association’s Marketing Plan and Corporate Image
Administration Function
- Secretarial, reception and administrative services including Committee servicing
- Co-ordination of legally required annual information to the Financial Services Agency and Communities Scotland
Finance Function
- Processing of Purchase Invoices
- Cash/Cheque Receipts and Banking
- Cash book and Ledger Postings
- Financial appraisal of Housing Association Grant funded schemes
- Treasury management
- Investment Strategy
- Annual budget preparation
- Preparation of financial information for statutory returns
- Preparation of Annual Accounts and periodic reports
- Prepares reports and makes recommendations to Committee on financial matters and finance policies.
Performance & ICT Function
- Managing, maintaining and further developing the Association’s ICT systems and networks
- Managing and maintaining the Association’s telecommunications networks
- Managing, monitoring, maintaining and further developing the Association’s C.C.T.V. networks
- Managing, operating and improving the Association’s Performance Management Framework and providing statistical analysis to all departments
