Equal Opportunities

Ensuring Equal Opportunities is an important aspect of our work and the Equality and Diversity Policy is revised annually and measures are taken to ensure that CHA exceeds the minimum standards of equal opportunities legislation.  Our ongoing emphasis on Equal Opportunities has meant that the Association has attained the ‘Positive about Disability’ mark – Accreditations - and we are committed to continue to meet these standards and to explore ways in which we can help disabled people at work especially in our own communities.
