Investors in People
The Association is scheduled for an Investors in People (IiP) Review in November 2008. The Association is committed to the IiP Standard to ensure its staff development practices remain effective and fit the needs of the business. In keeping with this, the Association will continue to work in partnership with Scottish Enterprise, support the activities of The Business Excellence Ayrshire programme, and will seek ways to develop the continuous improvement of its business processes.We will continue to meet the specific training needs of the staff e.g. through the CHA Learning Programme and the Voluntary Management Committee Members through the annual training needs assessment and the resultant training/development sessions and the Association will continue to forge partnership arrangements with external training organisations to ensure ongoing development opportunities for all of our people.
