About Development Services

The Association’s Development Services Department is responsible for the development of the Association’s new houses for rent and the provision of affordable housing for sale.

Introduction to Development Team

The Development Department are responsible for planning and securing our new build house building pipeline programmes.

The department comprises of a North Ayrshire Team and an East Ayrshire Team and consists of seven members of staff.

The Department is led by Linda Anderson who is supported by Donna Smith, the Development Services Manager.

The Association will be recruiting for two additional staff members in the coming year.
