Gladstone Road, Saltcoats

This 23 unit flatted development was completed in September 2006 and provided a mixture of 2 and 3 apartment mainstream and amenity properties, with 2 wheelchair units and properties designed for those with learning disabilities.  This Design & Build project was undertaken by local contractor, D McLaughlin & Sons.

The Association appointed JR Queenan as the Employer’s Agents and CDM (Scotland) Ltd provided the CDM Co-ordinator role for this project.
