St Cuthbert's Court, Saltcoats

Completion of this 18 unit flatted new build project was achieved in November 2006 providing accommodation to suit mainstream, amenity and wheelchair clients needs.  This Design & Build project carried out by local contractor D McLaughlin & Sons has successfully utilised a previously disused site close to the town centre in Saltcoats and the location has proved popular with new tenants.

The Association appointed JR Queenan as the Employer’s Agents and CDM (Scotland) Ltd provided the CDM Co-ordinator role for this project.
