Homestake

The Association is developing Homestake accommodation with a number of different projects over North and East Ayrshire in the following towns:  Kilmarnock, Ardrossan, Saltcoats, Kilbirnie and Irvine.

Homestake is a shared equity scheme aimed at helping people on low incomes who wish to be home owners and are unable to purchase on the open market.
