Chapelhill, Ardrossan

The Association acquired this site from North Ayrshire Council in March 2006.  Our development will deliver a total of 55 units; 22 for rent and 33 for sale on a homestake basis.

Lovell Partnerships commenced work on site on 27 August 2007 and overall completion is anticipated in January 2009.

A marketing strategy is in the process of being finalised with Communities Scotland and NAC and will set out our approach to marketing the 33 homestake units on the site.  The rented development will incorporate 2 wheelchair properties with the remainder of the rented housing being for general needs purposes.

The Association appointed the following Design Team for this project:

• Cameron & Ross – Structural Engineers

• CDM (Scotland) Ltd – CDM Co-ordinators
