Harbour Site, Ardrossan

The Association acquired this site from Clydeport on April 2007.  This opportunity marks the first site to be acquired from Clydeport to a Registered Social Landlord for the provision of affordable housing.  This site features within the Ardrossan Harbour Regeneration Masterplan and is expected to accommodate 53 houses for both rent and homestake.

The Association has undertaken to demolish the existing buildings on the site with Clydeport thereafter remediating the site area prior to the commencement of the construction phase of the works.

The Association appointed the following Design Team for this project:
