The Association acquired this site from NAC in March 2007.  Our proposals will provide a total of 53 new build houses; 39 for rent and 14 for sale on a homestake basis.

Our homestake accommodation will include a cottage flat arrangement being introduced for sale following feedback from our consultation event and also from market research.

Tenders have recently been returned for the main construction works and we hope to be in receipt of tender approval in advance of 31 March 2008.

This project will form a key part of the Association’s programme agreement for 2008/09.

The Association appointed the following Design Team for this project:

• Robert Potter & Partners Architects – Project Architects

• MB Langmuir & Hay – Quantity Surveyors

• Scott Wilson Associates – Structural Engineers

• Armour Construction Consultants– CDM Co-ordinators
