The Property Services Department provides a range of services to tenants, including rent payments, arrears recovery, estate management, allocations and day to day repairs.

This part of our website provides you with the information that you might need regarding all aspects of your tenancy. It includes sections on your responsibilities as a tenant, and our responsibilities as landlord.

The department is led by Steven Good the Head of Property Services and there are three teams each covering a geographical area. These teams are:

• The Central Team are responsible for Saltcoats, Stevenston, Kilwinning and Irvine

• The East Team are responsible for Kilmarnock, Dalry, Kilbirnie and Beith

• The North Team are responsible for Ardrossan, West Kilbride, Largs and Millport
  

The Central and North Teams are based in our head office in Ardrossan and the East Team in the Kilmarnock Office. Each team has an Area Team Leader, Housing Officer, Technical Officer and a Property Services Administration Assistant.  There is also a repairs service freefone where all repair requests are dealt with.
