OUR PERFORMANCE IN ACHIEVING OUR YEARLY KEY PERFORMANCE TARGETS (BY DEPARTMENT/FUNCTION)
Each year the Association’s staff and managers agree their respective department/function’s key performance targets for acceptance by the Association’s Governing Body (Management Committee).
Quarterly reports on actual performance are submitted to the Management Committee and its Sub-Committees.
Detailed hereunder is the current performance results recently reported to the Management Committee and Sub-Committees.
Our goal is to be the best provider of housing services in Ayrshire and beyond. In order to achieve this, we need to perform well and therefore must have measures and targets in place to ensure we achieve our goal.
Managing our performance assists us in delivering lasting improvement by ensuring that we know what we should be doing, how we should be doing it and ultimately taking responsibility for what we achieve. For our staff, we have developed a performance management framework to assist us in developing and implementing the annual business plans. It also explains our key priorities, and how we intend to meet these challenges.
