Tenancy Agreement – Your Rights

If you are a Cunninghame Housing Association tenant you will have a Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement which gives you:

• Security of tenure

• The right to occupy the property

• The right to have repairs carried out

• The right for qualifying occupiers  to succeed to the tenancy on your death

• The ability to request a mutual exchange with another social landlord or registered housing association

• The right to be consulted on any changes to policies which are likely to directly affect you
