Homepoint Accreditation
Cunninghame Housing Association (CHA) has received accreditation from the Scottish Government Agency, Homepoint, for its information and advice services.
Cunninghame Housing Association (CHA) has received accreditation from the
Scottish Government Agency, Homepoint, for its information and advice services.
This award confirms that the information and advice given to customers at the
Association’s Victoria House Homeless Persons’ Project in Irvine meets the
Scottish National Standards.
Since the awards inception only 30 organisations have undergone the rigorous
assessment process and Cunninghame are only the sixteenth in Scotland achieving
the Standard and one of only four Scottish housing associations.
Frank Sweeney, the Association’s Chief Executive, said: “This is an important
award for Cunninghame and is a tribute to the Victoria House staff. This area
of the Association’s activities is tremendously challenging and requires
dedication and commitment from the staff team and this award reflects their hard
work undertaken to achieve the accreditation.”
