Tenant Services

The Property Services Department provides a range of services to tenants, including advice on rent payments, arrears recovery, estate management, allocations, day to day repairs and cyclical and planned maintenance.

Property to Rent

We provide a mix of traditional, tenement houses and flats and newly-built homes throughout North and East Ayrshire and will soon provide social housing for rent in Dumfries and Galloway. We aim to provide safe, secure, energy-efficient homes, where people will want to live.

We have housing stock in the following areas:

  • Ardrossan
  • Beith
  • Dalry
  • Fairlie
  • Irvine
  • Kilbirnie
  • Kilmarnock
  • Kilwinning
  • Largs
  • Millport
  • Saltcoats
  • Stevenston
  • West Kilbride

Cunninghame Housing Association provides guidance, assistance and information on a wide range of services for our tenants. Leaflets are available in our reception area or from our downloads page.

We encourage tenant participation and welcome any feedback about issues within the community. We currently have 6 tenants and residents groups operating across Ardrossan, Dalry, Vineburgh (Irvine), Kilbirnie, Longpark (Kilmarnock) and Stevenston and Saltcoats. The groups give up their own time to help support their local communities and arrange events. We are always looking for additional committee members or tenant volunteers who can assist with one off activities. Please contact Ian Macpherson on 01294 606012 or imacpherson@chaltd.org if you are interested in being involved.

Cunninghame Housing Association also has a Tenant Scrutiny Group which allows tenants to review the services provided by the Association and to drive improvements in these areas. Members of the Tenant Scrutiny group are volunteers and if you are a CHA tenant and are keen to get involved, learn about housing, visit interesting places, meet new people and help further improve Cunninghame Housing Associations services to our tenants then, please contact Ian Macpherson on 01294 606012 or imacpherson@chaltd.org. Expressions of interest are encouraged from all sections of the community to ensure that the panel reflects the diverse communities who live in Association housing.
