The Michael Lynch Centre

The Michael Lynch Centre for Enterprise is a new £1.3 million facility located in the heart of Ardrossan town centre to serve the business and training needs of North Ayrshire. Developed and managed by Cunninghame Housing Association, the Centre contains 8500 sq ft of quality office, training and conference space providing the ideal environment for new and established businesses, social enterprises and conference and training providers. The Centre is named after the late Reverend Michael Lynch, former Chair of the Association.

Eighteen offices, a conference suite and 3 training rooms are laid out over 2 floors within our custom built facility in Princes Street, Ardrossan and all our facilities are fully accessible and DDA compliant. The Centre is a stones throw from the regeneration initiatives at Ardrossan Marina. It is easily accessible by public transport and has secure car parking for up to 50 vehicles.

Our CLYDEPORT SUITE contains a range of offices, from single rooms at 200 sq ft to interconnecting suites at 1000 sq ft, that suit the needs of new start and expanding businesses. We offer competitive rates and terms which are fully inclusive of rent, rates, heat and light charges, office cleaning, manned reception services, buildings insurance, basic broadband, internet and e-mail services, commercial refuse collection charges, common kitchen facilities and a furnished staff rest room.

A Place to Meet

The AZZURRI CONFERENCE SUITE is a flexible conference room that can be used for meetings, conferences, seminars, AGMs, exhibitions and presentations. The suite can seat up to 24 people board room style and up to 60 people theatre style. It offers state of the art data projection, white boards, TV and video/DVD and flip charts with reception, photocopying and facsimile services.

A Place to Learn

The McTAGGART TRAINING SUITE consists of 3 fully equipped rooms which can be used flexibly to cater for a wide range of group sizes and training needs. Again offering state of the art data projection, white boards, TV and Video/DVD and flip charts, the suite can cater for 8 to 40 people.

Managing Your Events

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are on hand to help you plan and organise your events to ensure they run smoothly, easing the burden on our clients. From advising on room set-up and presentation facilities to organising and supplying catering and refreshments and preparing conference and delegate packs, the staff at the Centre aim to  ensure your event is an unqualified success.

Directions

By Road
Approach Ardrossan via A78 from North or South. Follow signs for Arran Ferry. Continue along Glasgow Street. Turn left into Princes Street at the traffic lights. Turn left into Hill Street and Michael Lynch Centre car parking is signposted on the right.

By Train
Michael Lynch Centre is situated immediately adjacent to Ardrossan Town Rail station.
