John Mclaren (FCIH)
BOARD OF MANAGEMENT MEMBER
A dedicated housing professional and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, John re-joined the Association’s Board in September 2021, having previously served on the Board from August 2017 to February 2020.
John was involved in setting up the UK’s first Anti-Social Investigations Team for Renfrewshire Council in 1996/99. He was previously a Senior Housing Officer with Govan Housing Association and has a great awareness of the housing sector.
He is currently Head of Business for Idox Software Ltd and was previously employed as an Account Manager for Capita Software Services, and as Pre-Sales Manager at IBS Open systems. John brings additional business skills to the Association’s Board.
