Cunninghame Housing Association is dedicated to giving high-quality customer services. We value complaints and use information from them to help us improve our services. If something goes wrong, or you are unhappy with our services, please let us know. Guidance for Tenants on complaints about Serious Concerns

The Scottish Housing Regulator has published updated information on how tenants can raise a Serious Concern about a social landlord.

We’re sharing this to make sure our tenants have access to clear, independent information when raising concerns.

We are committed to listening to our tenants and encouraging open communication. If you have a concern, we always encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance so we can work with you to resolve it.
