The Property Services Department provides a range of services to tenants, including advice on rent payments, arrears recovery, estate management, allocations, day to day repairs and cyclical and planned maintenance.
We provide a mix of property types from traditional tenement flats to newly-built houses throughout North and East Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway. We aim to provide safe, secure, energy-efficient homes, where people will want to live.
We have housing stock in the following areas:

Cunninghame Housing Association provides guidance, assistance and information on a wide range of services for our tenants. Leaflets are available in our reception area or by contacting any of our local offices.
As well as the services we provide for all tenants, we can also refer tenants who need extra help at certain times in their lives to our specialist teams or to a wide range of other agencies providing support and advice. If you are finding it difficult to cope with your household responsibilities, you can get help with claiming benefit, managing your bills, settling you into your new home or sorting out problems with your neighbours. If you want more information, you should contact any of our offices.
Cunninghame Housing Association also has a Tenant Scrutiny Group which allows tenants to review the services provided by the Association and to drive improvements in these areas. Members of the Tenant Scrutiny group are volunteers and if you are a CHA tenant and are keen to get involved, learn about housing, visit interesting places, meet new people and help further improve Cunninghame Housing Associations services to our tenants then, please contact Ian Macpherson. Expressions of interest are encouraged from all sections of the community to ensure that the panel reflects the diverse communities who live in Association housing. We encourage tenant participation and welcome any feedback about issues within the community.
We currently have 6 tenants and residents groups operating across Ardrossan, Dalry, Vineburgh (Irvine), Kilbirnie, Longpark (Kilmarnock) and Stevenston and Saltcoats. The groups give up their own time to help support their local communities and arrange events. We are always looking for additional committee members or tenant volunteers who can assist with one off activities.

Cunninghame Housing Association is committed to providing high-quality customer services. We value complaints and use information from them to help us improve our services. If something goes wrong, or you are dissatisfied with our services, please let us know. The link below will allow you to download our leaflet which describes our complaints procedure and how to make a complaint. It also tells you about our service standards and what you can expect from us.
