The Frank Sweeney Centre for Enterprise is a 10,800 square. foot. facility on Glasgow Street in the heart of Ardrossan town centre. It aims to serve the business needs of North Ayrshire.
Developed and ran by Cunninghame Housing Association, the Centre hass quality offices and training rooms. It is a great environment for new and founded businesses and social enterprises. The Centre is named after the Chief Executive of Cunninghame Housing Association.
The Centre is a stone’s throw from the regeneration projects at Ardrossan Marina. It is easy to get to by public transport.

2 large meeting/training rooms can be used for a range of purposes from board meetings, training sessions, conferences and workshops. Opened up together into one space the rooms are capable of hosting up to 100 people theatre style
A large reception space, capable of handling cases for multiple tenants, with 3 communally available interview rooms
The facility is fully accessible and DDA compliant with lifts in place to allow free movement around the building
A large shared kitchen area giving canteen facilities for staff and catering facilities for meetings and training. It is easy to get to by public transport.
