The Frank Sweeney Centre for Enterprise is a 10,800 square. foot. facility on Glasgow Street in the heart of Ardrossan town centre. It aims to serve the business needs of North Ayrshire.

Operated by Cunninghame Housing Association, the Centre provides quality office/enterprise spaces and training rooms. It is a great environment for new and founded businesses and social enterprises. The Centre is named after the Association’s Chief Executive Officer.

The Centre is centrally located with excellent public transport links and is close to the regeneration projects and development of the Ardrossan Coastal Quarter.

Opening Hours

The Centre is open Monday to Friday except public holidays.
Standard opening hours are as follows however arrangements can be made for tenants to accommodate pre-booked meetings outwith opening hours.

Monday to Thursday
09.00am to 5.00pm (closed for lunch 1.00pm to 2.00pm)

Friday
09.00am to 4.30pm (closed for lunch 1.00pm to 1.30pm)
