Energy Performance

We will carry out domestic energy assessments and do what the Association considers to be practical energy efficiency improvements. We consider how new technologies can be used to raise the energy efficiency of all our older domestic stock.

Loft insulation is one of the measures that can greatly improve the energy efficiency of homes at little cost.

Where we cannot gain access to upper levels, the Association will apply for an abeyance until access can be given.
