Getting Involved
We believe that our tenants’ voices shape the future of our communities. Whether you want to attend events, share feedback, join our Tenant Scrutiny Group or our Tenants and Residents Groups, there are plenty of ways to get involved!
Our Engagement Strategy sets out how we listen to, involve, and work alongside tenants to shape services and strengthen our communities — together!

TENANT GROUPS
We’re proud to support 6 active Tenant & Residents Groups across our communities in:
Largs, Ardrossan, Dalry, Vineburgh (Irvine), Longpark (Kilmarnock) and Annan.
These groups are made up of passionate tenants who volunteer their time to support their neighbours, raise issues that matter locally, and help organise community events and activities.

Cunninghame Scrutiny Group
The Cunninghame Scrutiny Group is made up of dedicated volunteer tenants and residents from across North and East Ayrshire. Their role is to take an independent look at how we deliver housing services, identifying what’s working well and where we can improve.
Working closely with the Association, the group helps to shape policies and procedures by producing detailed reports and clear recommendations after each scrutiny exercise. These are presented directly to our Board of Management, ensuring tenant voices influence key decisions.

Want to make a difference?
Join the Cunninghame Scrutiny Group and help shape the future of our housing services!
The group meets every four weeks, and is fully funded and supported by the Association. Their knowledge, lived experience, and independence are incredibly valuable — especially when they’re involved in shaping our services through consultations.
