Have Your Say: Should We Combine Our Annual and Perfomance Reports?
At CHA, we’re always looking for ways to make communication clearer and more useful for our tenants. Right now, we publish two separate reports each year:
Performance Report – shared with tenants every September/October
Annual Report – published on our website each August
We know it can be a lot to keep track of, so we’re thinking about bringing these two reports together into one single report.
Why are we considering this change?
- Better communication: One comprehensive report would make it easier for you to find the information you care about, all in one place.
- More efficient: Combining the reports would streamline our process and avoid duplication.
- Better value: Producing and publishing one report instead of two saves time and resources, helping us focus more on delivering services that matter to you.
