On Wednesday 2nd September 2026, Cunninghame Housing Association members gathered at its head office for its 42nd Annual General Meeting. Share members attended and enjoyed an afternoon tea.
Key highlights of the day were:
- 2025–26 Highlights: Group Chief Executive, Jacqueline Cameron, gave an overview of the Association’s achievements and progress over the past year.
- Finance Overview: Members were updated on the Statement of Comprehensive Income and Statement of Financial Position for 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026.
- Auditors’ Report & Reappointment: CT Audit Ltd presented their findings and were officially reappointed as the Association’s Auditors for another term.
- Prize Raffle: The AGM finished up with a prize raffle.
The winners of this year’s Garden Competition were announced at the event, with trophies and certificates handed out to celebrate their fantastic efforts.
