Arlene is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with a PG Cert from the University of Plymouth. With a career in HR spanning over 30 years, Arlene has worked in a variety of public sector roles including; recently as Regional HR Manager in South West England for a large multi academy trust and before that, for the MOD.
