COUNCILLOR CAROLINE BARTON
BOARD OF MANAGEMENT MEMBER
Councillor Caroline Barton joined the Board in March 2026 as the representative of East Ayrshire Council.
Caroline worked for over 20 years in a national corporate travel company undertaking various roles, laterally being an Operational Best Practice Manager within their company I.T. helpdesk. For the past 11 years, Caroline has been the Office Manager for the local Member of Scottish Parliament up until his retirement, and was elected as a local Councillor for East Ayrshire Council in 2025. Currently, one of the local authority committees that Caroline sits on is the Governance & Scrutiny committee.
