Ground Maintenance

Cunninghame Housing Association Ltd provides ground maintenance to it’s stock of approximately 3500 properties.

The Association has appointed John O’Conner as their contractors from 14th of March 2022 – 31st of March 2024. They have secured a one year extension, pending both parties agreement, until March 2025.

Cutting season starts in April and finishes in October each year. The Association aims to spray (weed kill) at the start and end of the cutting season. Frequency of works are weather dependent.
