Post Office card account users to be moved to Payment Exception Service from end of August 2021.
Those with Post Office card accounts who can’t manage or use a bank will move to voucher-based Payment Exception Services.
After stopping the Post Office card system, the DWP wrote to claimants with card accounts asking for other account details. Please answer ahead of the end of the Post Office card account contract in November 2021
