On Wednesday 6th April the partner organisations for Ardrossan Connections project are holding a drop in event at the offices of Ardrossan Community Development Trust (ACDT). Representatives for each of the organisations including Sustrans, ACDT and North Ayrshire Council will be in attendance to answer any questions and allow you to look at proposed artwork and models of proposed plans for the national cycle network and wider use of the roads through the Town.
Feedback for the project has been amazing however, due to the continued pandemic, most of this has been digital communication. The partner organisations are aware this may have excluded some residents and now that restrictions allow it, wanted to hold a community drop in event to ensure you have the opportunity to have your say I you haven’t yet done so.
The Association is keen to make sure that its tenants views are taken into account with regard to the Ardrossan Connections Project.
The project will have a big impact on Glasgow Street, Bank Street and Princes Street and it is important that you have the opportunity to come along to the Ardrossan Connections meeting to view the proposals and models on Wednesday 6th April 2022 at 6.30 pm – 8.30 pm in the Frank Sweeney Centre, 82/84 Glasgow Street, Ardrossan.
If you would like to attend the event you can let the event organisers (ACDT and Sustrans) know by filling out the event attandance contact form below. This is not mandatory, but helps our event organisers plan for numbers.
