Further Investment for Ardrossan Town Centre

A ground breaking ceremony took place at the Invincible.scot Ltd, Bute Terrace area in Ardrossan town centre.

The project, once finished will give Cunninghame Housing Association a purpose designed headquarters for its Residents Service tradespersons. They deliver the Associations planned maintenance works to Cunninghame Housing Association tenants.

Frank Sweeney, CEO of Cunninghame Housing Association said. “We are delighted to be partnering Invincible on this facility. It will bring all our tradespeople under one roof and helps us to improve our service delivery to our tenants”.

The project which will give further investment in the town centre and will help to create more job opportunities.

Commenting on this Roger Woods of Invincible.scot Ltd said. “Invincible are proud to be working with with Cunninghame Housing Association on this new exciting project. The project will give further the heart of Ardrossan adding to the overall regeneration of the town.  This large investment will produce real benefits to the local community creating and maintaining much needed jobs in the area. Piece by piece Ardrossan will see another vacant area transformed into a modern green building accommodating CHA’s direct works division. From here the team will work and continue delivering the highest level of service to Cunninghame Housing Association tenants.  On all levels these are tangible positive results for Ardrossan. This is core to both Cunninghame Housing Association and Invincible’s dream for the success of the town!”
