Cunninghame Housing Association’s are committed to creating new build social housing for rent in North Ayrshire. We are working to progress plans at our proposed site at Gottries Road in Irvine.
We are holding a community consultation event on Wednesday 6th October from 2pm to 6pm. This will be at the Education Room, Scottish Maritime Museum, Linthouse Building Harbour Road, Irvine KA12 8BT. The venue has a coffee shop where refreshments can be bought.
Alongside our developer, Ashleigh Construction, we are working on a total of 28 units by Irvine Harbour. We’ll be developing 1 and 2 bedroom flats, 2 and 4 bedroom houses, and a downstairs wheelchair accessible property.
We are inviting the local community to drop in and find out more, share your thoughts and ask any questions.
Our architect and development staff will be available on the day. We will give any relevant questions to our Housing department which will be replied to and published after the event.
