DWP has announced the second Cost of Living Payment
The second Cost of Living Payment of £300 will be paid between 31 October 2023 and 19 November 2023. You can receive this payment if you received Universal Credit, Income-based JSA, Income-based ESA, Income Support and Pension Credit. This is for any time from 18 August 2023 to 17 September 2023.
If you receive Tax Credits and no other low income benefit you will receive £300. The benefit is paid between 10 November 2023 and 19 November 2023. This is as long as you received tax credits for any day between 18 August 2023 to 17 September 2023.
The last Cost of Living payment of £299 is expected to be paid in spring 2024. Details have yet to be announced.
