Cunninghame Housing Association completes new build project at Green Street Saltcoats
Situated in the heart of Saltcoats town centre, Cunninghame Housing Association is delighted to complete 24 new homes for rent.
This 3 storey new build development offers flatted accommodation with lift access, making all of the properties fully accessible.
A mix of one and 2 bed flats, together with a property designed to be fully wheelchair compliant, overall completion was achieved on 29 August 2023.
This £3.6 m development benefitted from £2m in Scottish Government Grant with the main contractor, Ashleigh Scotland Limited, delivering a quality build for the Association.
All homes have been allocated and keys have been handed over to tenants.
