Cunninghame Housing Association completes new build project at Green Street Saltcoats
Situated in the heart of Saltcoats town centre, Cunninghame Housing Association is delighted to offer 24 new homes for rent.
This 3 storey new build development offers flatted homes with lift access, making all of the properties fully accessible.
There is a mix of one and 2 bed flats and a property designed to be fully wheelchair compliant. Construction ended on 29 August 2023 where tenants could then move in.
This £3.6 m development benefitted from £2m in Scottish Government Grant. The main contractor, Ashleigh Scotland Limited, delivered a quality build for the Association.
All homes have been shared and keys have been handed over to tenants.
