Cunninghame Housing Association made the initial purchase of this former greyhound stadium site in March 2017. Phase 1 has already provided 47 new homes for rent with the work being completed in September 2019. Phase 2 will provide a further 43 homes with build completion scheduled for March 2020.
The Association acquired Halcrow Phase 3 in December 2018 as we were keen to deliver more new houses In this location, given how well received the new homes at Halcrow Phases 1 & 2 had been.
An opportunity recently arose to purchase a fourth phase of land and we acquired Halcrow Phase 4 on 31 March 2022.
By combining both phases 3 & 4, we will be able to deliver a further 93 new units in total.
We are preparing a Planning Application at present and anticipate a site start in 2026.
