Cunninghame Housing Association made the initial purchase of this former greyhound stadium site in March 2017. Phase 1 has already provided 47 new homes for rent with the work being completed in September 2019. Phase 2 will provide a further 43 homes with build completion scheduled for March 2020.
The Association has now purchased an additional plot of land and is now developing Phase 3 at this popular site. Planning permission and schedule of works are set to commence in 2020.
