The Association acquired one part of this overall development site in March 2017 and then acquired the second parcel of land in January 2018 in order to make the site larger and more deliverable. Both sites combined will provide a total of 61 homes and flats for rent. We are projecting a start on site in 2024 in line with the agreed programme with Dumfries and Galloway Council.
