St Peters Childrens Centre

John Kelly, Chairperson of CHA presenting the cheque to Josephine Coulter, Centre Manager along with parents/carers and children who attend the Children’s Centre

On Wednesday 22nd September 2021 John Kelly, Chairperson of Cunninghame Housing Association presented a cheque for £1,000 to Josephine Coulter, Centre Manager of St Peters Children’s Centre in Ardrossan.

The St Peters Children’s Centre is a registered charity that runs a parent and toddler group. The Centre caters for parents with children under 3 years of age who reside in the Three Towns.

The funds provided by Cunninghame Housing Association will allow the group to purchase new resources to enable them to provide a better service to the families and keep abreast with current thinking and help the young children develop their skills which are vital for life-long learning.

The funding for St Peters Children’s Centre came from the Associations “Making Our Communities a Better Place Fund” which operates throughout the year (1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022) until the allocated funding is exhausted.

We hope that our funding will help young children develop new lifelong skills

JOHN KELLY, Chairperson, ACDT
