We encourage tenant participation and welcome any feedback about issues within the community. We currently have 8 tenants and residents groups operating across Largs, Ardrossan, Dalry, Vineburgh (Irvine), Kilbirnie, Longpark (Kilmarnock) and Stevenston and Saltcoats.
The groups give up their own time to help support their local communities and arrange events. We are always looking for additional committee members or tenant volunteers who can assist with one off activities.
Expressions of interest are encouraged from all sections of the community to ensure that the panel reflects the diverse communities who live in Association housing.

Cunninghame Housing Association also has a Tenant Scrutiny Group which allows tenants to review the services provided by the Association and to drive improvements in these areas. Members of the Tenant Scrutiny group are volunteers and if you are a CHA tenant and are keen to get involved, learn about housing, visit interesting places, meet new people and help further improve Cunninghame Housing Associations services to our tenants then, please contact our community participation officer using the details below.

Significant Performance Failure (SPF)
If you are a tenant of Cunninghame Housing Association, who are a Registered Social Landlord (RSL), you can report a Significant Performance Failure (SPF) to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
A group of tenants or an individual acting on behalf of tenants, such as a representative of a registered tenants’ organisation, can also report an SPF to the SHR.
